The Best Places to Work in Arkansas program is an annual awards program created by Arkansas Business in partnership with Workforce Research Group. It is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state. To be named to the list, companies go through a rigorous two-part evaluation: an assessment of company policies, culture, and workplace practices, followed by a confidential survey completed by employees themselves. The employee survey carries the most weight, making this truly a recognition driven by the people inside the organization, which makes this award so meaningful. It is not something a company applies for and wins alone. It reflects what our colleagues experience every day when they show up to work. Their honest feedback is what earned us a place on this list, and we are deeply grateful for it.
