How do you handle billing?

We can handle billing any way you wish. We can bill your hospital directly or third-party bill.

How do you receive my patient's biopsy?

We receive biopsies via FedEx. Click here for more information on our biopsy kits.

When will my results be ready?

For renal biopsies, your final results will be ready the day after your patient’s biopsy is performed.  For muscle and nerve biopsies, preliminary results will be ready within 24hrs with the final results in 5 days or less.

Do you read biopsies on Saturdays?

We do read biopsies needing an emergency result on Saturday.  Please click here to see how to make that happen.

How do I get more kits?

Do your kits need to be refrigerated?

Renal kits are stable at room temperature.  Neuro kits do not need refrigeration, however, we do send cool packs that will need to be returned frozen with the biopsy.
