Our annual holiday party at Chenal Event Venue took on an extra special sparkle this year as we transformed our Masquerade Ball into an unforgettable awards ceremony. Behind the elegant masks and festive atmosphere, we celebrated something truly meaningful – recognizing team members who embody the very best of our company values through our prestigious Arkademy Awards.
This year’s winners truly exemplified what makes our workplace culture exceptional. Tonya Cotton claimed the Generosity award for her unwavering commitment to supporting colleagues and going above and beyond for others. Kyle Peterson earned the Sled Dog award, recognizing his incredible teamwork and determination to pull the team forward through any challenge. Sadie Clark was honored with the Freedom to Fail award, celebrating her innovative spirit and willingness to take calculated risks that drive our company forward.
While all finalists have our appreciation, these three winners stood out as shining examples of the values that define who we are as an organization. The evening was a perfect blend of celebration, recognition, and the masked mystery that made this holiday party truly memorable.
