Our holiday party at Rusty Tractor Vineyards was the perfect backdrop to announce our 2024 Arkademy Award Winners! Derek Kellett took home the Generosity award for always going the extra mile for colleagues and community, Paige Logsdon earned the Sled Dog award for her incredible teamwork and dedication when it counts, and Allison Becker received the Freedom to Fail award for her courage to innovate and learn from every challenge.
These awards represent more than just recognition—they highlight the qualities that make our workplace culture truly special and showcase team members who inspire others through their example.
