In a patient with AKI and hematuria, what is your diagnosis?

The biopsy shows linear IgG staining along the GBM, and extensive fibrinogen staining within the Bowman space, consistent with fibrinoid necrosis and crescent formation.  Fibrinoid necrosis with crescent formation in the glomeruli indicates vasculitis. Vasculitis with a positive linear pattern of IgG in glomerular capillary loops is diagnostic of anti-GBM disease.
