IgA nephropathy

This IF image is from a 22 y/o Asian male with hematuria. What immunoreactant does it represent and what is the diagnosis?

This immunofluorescence photomicrograph shows mesangial limited staining that is global and bright. In context of the brief history this photomicrograph likely represents IgA and is most likely an IgA nephropathy.
