What is your diagnosis in this renal transplant patient?
The photomicrograph shows a glomerulus on silver stain with extensive double contour formation of the glomerular basement membranes (transplant glomerulopathy) and endocapillary hypercellularity (glomerulitis). These findings are suggestive of chronic, active antibody mediated rejection.
