What is your diagnosis?

The images show thickened tubular basement membranes on PAS stain and kappa restricted staining of the tubular basement membranes by immunofluorescence. Additionally, by electron microscopy, punctate, powdery, electron-dense deposits are present along the tubular basement membranes that are consistent with light chain type deposits. These findings are consistent with kappa-restricted light chain deposition disease.
